A Call For Prayer

We are experiencing a global pandemic as never before. For God there is no prayer request that is too difficult.

We all are encouraged to pray for:

~ Peace and healing for our world.

~ The end of gun violence and the killing

of innocent people.

~ Healing of all those that are suffering.

~ The hospitals trying to place patients that need

long term care in rehabilitation and nursing care

facilities.

~ Pray for our Nation to have mindful and Godfearing leadership.

God is listening for our prayers. 2 Chronicles 7:13-14. 13: “When I shut up the Heavens so that there is no rain, or command the locust to devour the land or send a plaque among my people.

14: If my people who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

God has plans for us. Jeramiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

We are asking everyone to pray. If you don’t know when, where, and/or how to get started; you are invited to join the Mount Zion Prayer Line hosted by the Mission and Evangelism Ministry. The Mount Zion Prayer Line number is 425-436-6306 Access code: 147230#. It is held every Monday through Saturday from 7:25pm to 8:30pm. All are welcome to join us! You are free to participate by sharing a prayer, a favorite devotional, a testimony or feel free to just listen. You may remain anonymous, if you wish.

We all need to gather in prayer to give praise and thanks to our Lord. We need to pray for one another and our Nation. We need a healing for this world. Please pray.

Prayerfully submitted by Elma Horton, Prayer Line Host.
