Metro is working to fix temporary technical difficulties


Metro is working to fix temporary technical difficulties with our trip-cancellation data which is impacting our Service Advisory page and some third-party apps.

This is only impacting trip cancellation information. Reroute and stop closure information is correct on both the Service Advisory page and Metro’s Trip Planner.

Riders can find correct trip cancellation information on:

  • Metro’s Trip Planner

    • Click the Alerts tab at the top right of the screen

    • Use the Next Departure feature for their bus stop


  • Text for Departures

    • Text their bus stop number to 62550 and they will receive next departure times and/or canceled trips at that stop.


We are working with our vendor to correct this issue and will send an update once it is fixed. Thank you for your patience.
