The program is seeking applicants for the following program:

1. Care Coordinator, the counselor work with several partner agencies to provide services for homebound frail elders, living in their own homes. They provide care coordination, information and referral, and follow along services to keep clients homes as long as possible.

2. Pearls Counselor. The counselor will work with eligible low-income seniors, age 55 years and older, and veterans spouses, who have minor depression, living throughout King County. The counselor will work with other ethnic elders, in addition to African Americans.

Minimum Qualifications. Masters’ degree preferred, or BA degree in social work, psychology , nursing, public health or other related experiences.
