R~N~Heaven Gilbert….
My Deepeat Condolences to the Petit Family & all of those whose lives Gilbert so graciously touched.
I recall first meeting Gilbert in high school as a classmate of his Sister Kathleen (Kathy Wilcox) who was also a very close friend & how with each encounter as a young man Gilbert always recognized my potential & encouraged me to continue to pursue greater goals.
Late in life I ran into him while working @ Boeing in Qualty Mgmt & as always he conveyed his support in seeing me in such a great place in life.
Though we did t see each other again he left the imprint of great man of Faith.
Gilbert though you may be with the Lord…
My deepest heartfelt condolences to the family of Gilbert Petitt. I grew up with Gilbert both of our families were members of Mt Zion Baptist church. Our family home was in the Madrona area. Gilbert was always fun to be around. Very competitive playing basketball at Madrona school yard and park. R.I.P. my childhood friend. Praying for strength, unity and healing for the family during these difficult times.
