The go-spel word from the Holy Bible is “Apostle” Revelation 2:2 I know your works, your labor, your patience, and that you cannot hear those who are evil. And you have tested those who say they are Apostles and are not, and have found them liars;

Jesus gave gifts to men in the body of Christ that the church would keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. And he Himself gave some to be Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness by which they lie in wait to deceive, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head-Christ from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does it’s share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love. Ephesians 4:3-16

Revelation 2:2 is speaking about Apostles from the church at Ephesus. Jesus gave the church Apostles, which are the eyes of the LORD to show and reveal to us and expose the evil, the enemy is trying to do to the righteous. According to Psalms 34:15 Jeremiah 33:3 and Romans 15:21 Please read.
