Be Well With Gail

ree

Hello FACTS Newspaper,

Limit yourself from being around stressful and toxic people:  Refuse to listen to gossipy, judgmental people who love to  highlight the misfortune and appearance of others. Give yourself  permission to not answer the phone or hold on to negative thoughts. Decide to bring new value to your life. Maybe it’s a relationship turned toxic. There comes a time we need to distance  ourselves from negativity  whether it’s a friend,  family or even a habit in ourselves that always 'nd faults in others. The best  way to change this is to look for the good in people not the bad. Pray and learn to forgive those who may have hurt you and forgive yourself of past mistakes and actions.  Send comments or quesons:

As a nutrional therapist I’m not trained to give medical advice,

Have you considered inner cleansing to remove toxins and inflammation from your body? This is something I attempt to do at 5 times a year.  An example recipe can be blending spinach, cucumber, green apple, lemon juice, mint leaves with coconut water.  This can added to a juicer or blender then strained to drink the juice. You can discard the fiber or freeze then thaw it for another juice later. Feel free to add stevia or honey but no sugar that will defeat your plan in cleansing. Sugar is unfortunately the worst food we eat but no one wants to totally give it up including me. Stevia is a good substitute for refined sugar once you get used to it especially if a person has diabetes.

My disclaimer is: I’m not able to diagnose, treat or consult people of medical conditions my focus is mainly nutrition and wellness. Gail Haynes- Certified Nutritional Therapist
