Celebrating the Life of CEDRIC STRONG

Cedric Fontaine Strong was born on July 17th, 1950 in Seattle, WA to the union of Joseph Lewis Strong, Sr. and Carrie Johnetta Strong (Simpson). He transitioned to his new life on December 1st, 2022.

Cedric grew up in the Yesler Terrace, was a graduate of Pacific High School and had a special love for children.

He leaves to cherish his memory, mother: Carrie Strong, siblings: Joseph Strong, Jr., Deborah Strong and Cheryl Strong, children: Rhonda Strong-Irby (Lonnie / grandchildren: Khafre and Kemet) and Nicolle Strong (grandson: Syade) from his union with Cheryl Weldon-Montgomery, life partner Diane Dukes and a host of stepchildren, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.

Cedric was preceded in death by his father Joseph Strong, Sr. and son Frederick Bomber (grandchildren: Moniece, Fucahoe and Theory) from his union with Cheryl Bomber.

A celebrate of life service will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 1pm at the Bonney-Watson SeaTac Funeral Home, 16445International Blvd, Seatac, WA 98188. Viewing will be at noon, just before the service.
