Jelicia Antoinette Givens, 36, passed away on November 4, 2025, in Bellevue, Washington. She will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know her, leaving a legacy of love, laughter, and light.
Born on April 3, 1989 in Seattle,was
to Felicia Aaron and Anthony Givens. Jelicia grew up surrounded by a large and loving family who shaped her generous, vibrant spirit. Her stepfather, Robert Whittaker, was a cherished presence in her life, offering love, guidance, and unwavering support.
Jelicia endured the heartbreaking loss of her daughter, Alicia Avery Comsa, before she was born, with the father, Aaron Comsa, by her side. Even through such profound sorrow, she carried herself with resilience, grace, and an immense capacity to love, touching everyone she met with her warmth.
Her love knew no bounds—she adored children, animals, and family, and she nurtured every connection with care, laughter, and devotion. Jelicia was brilliantly funny and delightfully witty; her humor could light up a room and bring comfort even in difficult moments.
She is survived by her parents, Felicia and Anthony, her stepfather Robert, her siblings: Anthony, Antoine, Ricky, Breanne, and Nichole, her Nephews: Carmelo, Cassius, Zaiear, Kai'mari and her dog Gucci her Grandparents: Bessie Mae Aaron, Phyllis Johnson, Elmer P. Givens and Lillian M. Givens, host of beloved Aunties, Uncles, Cousins and friends who cherished her presence and love.
Jelicia called Bellevue, Washington home where she graduated from Sammimish high school. Worked at several Daycare where she built meaningful relationships and left a mark on everyone she encountered. Her spirit, warmth, and laughter will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her.
Though her presence is gone, the love, memories, and joy she brought into the world will endure forever.
