Phillip Antone Locke Sr. was born January 5, 1952 in Seattle, Washington to the union of Edward and Mildred Locke. He was called home to be with the Lord on November 19, 2022.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, CoLetta Verrett; children, Phillip Locke Jr., (Geylar), Deon Locke (Jennifer), Edward Locke, Saybre Locke, and Marlon Turner (Victorenia); sisters, Merlean Locke, Elaine Ley (Michael), Anita Tucker (Steve), Barbara Stowers (Bernard) and Martha Stephens (Ron); sixteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
