Hi! I’m Howard’s old case manager and I stayed in touch with him even after not working with him anymore! I had a gut feeling something happened after not hearing back from him. I’d love to get in touch with his family or be able to pay my respect. I’m devastated by the news, he was like a grandfather to me, I’m going to miss him greatly!
