William "Billy" E. Bell III

December 3, 1966 - September 3, 2025

William " Billy" Eugene Bell III, 58, of Seattle, Washington, passed away unexpectedly on September 3, 2025, at his home in Graham, Washington. Billy was known for his contagious laugh, generosity, and service to others, as well as his deep love and commitment to his family. He graduated from Rainier Beach High School in 1984. Soon after, Billy began his career at Boeing, working at its Plant 2, Auburn, and the Frederickson Facilities, as a skilled grade-8 mill operator. Billy dedicated 37 years to the company before his unexpected passing. Outside of work, Billy had a deep love for photography, bicycling, and the outdoors. Billy leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. He is survived by his children, Akeem Newman, Isaac Bell, Sarabi Bell, and Olivia Bell, grandson, Akeem L. Newman-Bean Jr., his former spouse, Angel Cook, and his loyal dog, Boss. He is also survived by his parents, Carolyn J. Williams and Solomon Williams; his sisters, Valarie Gildon, Aprill Linear, and Mynique Adams; his beloved aunt Patricia and James Dampier; his brothers-in-law, Samuel Gildon and Luther J. Adams; his nieces, Tashauna Jones and Amira Adams; his nephews, Xavier Gildon, E'udrice Gildon, Amauri Linear, and Luther S. Adams; his great-niece, Aaliyah Chappell; and his great-nephews, Kaleb Gildon and Jacob Gildon. Billy also leaves behind his siblings through his father: sisters, Kimberly Cooper, Chrystale Holiwell, Felicia Clickscale, Charmaine Bell, Suncrea Bell, and Shanice Bell; his brother, Maurice Smith; and a host of extended family and friends. Billy was preceded in death by his father, William "Billy" E. Bell II.
