In Loving Memory Barbara Ann Watters-Chow

Barbara was called home to be with the Lord and passed away peacefully on November 10th 2022.

She leaves behind to mourn her passing a son, Kenneth Chow, Granddaughters Ujana Jennings, Zeleigha Ann Marie Khan, and Ashaya Chow. Grandson Gianni Saba Khan and great grandson Winston Dunkley III, 3 sisters, Opal Watters, Norma Watters-Moore, Joyce Watters, brother Donald Watters, and dear friend Laurel Taylor-Dudley. Barbara was proceeded in death by father Charlie Watters, mother Beatrice Bible-Watters, her husband Eddie Chow, her daughter Tesikya Chow, a brother Charles "Uncle Jun" Watters and sister Marsha Watters- Hicks. Barbara loved beautiful things, interior design, gardening and made the best prime rib. She loved helping and giving to others. She was also a feisty woman! Barbara will be deeply missed.
