Calvin E. Lynn Turner born February 1, 1932 to the union of Wash & Maudie Turner in Gilmer TX, the 2nd of 6 children.
Calvin joined the Army in 1955, stationed in Seattle at Fort Lawton where he honorably served and was honorable discharged in 1957.
Calvin briefly worked at Boeing then @ Consolidated Freightways where he retired from in 1992
He met Lucille Williams in1963(2 children from previous marriage). They were married April 1967. Through that union they had 2 children.
Calvin and Lucille raised their 4 children in Seattle, WA
Calvin was very social,he was a member of the Frontiersmen Social Club in the 80's and a member of the Old Rides Car Club in the 90's-2000's. Calvin met many good friends along his journey, weather it was traveling in the camper, rabbit hunting, out fishing, or working on old cars and showing them off.
He was an avid farmer and loved being at he and Lucille's Moses Lake property, where he would spend the spring and summers harvesting his garden, fruit trees, keeping the grass green and entertaining family & friends.
Calvin made his transition to be with the Lord December 5th, at home surrounded by family.

Grandchildren: Alisha Cook, Shauna Edwards, Elisha Davis; Asyah Taylor; Nala Taylor, Zaire Taylor; Teira Allen, Torrey Turner, Antonio Turner.
Great-grandchildren: Anaya, Kaeden, Stefan, Marcus, Caliyah, Mi'Renea, & Journey
Many nieces and nephews that loved and will miss him too.
A walk-through visitation Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 11am -12:30pm at Serenity's Personal Alternative Chapel 749 Central Ave. N Kent, WA 98032.
Graveside service will follow at Tahoma National Cemetery.
