Cortillia McMillian was born May 19^th, 1965, in Seattle, WA and departed life December 6, 2025. She passed away peacefully at home in Eugene OR surrounded by her daughter and sister. She left us way too soon. She is survived by her daughter, Kashay Black and siblings

Tia also leaves behind a host of Family & Friends to carry on her memories. She will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace with Mom (RITA), Grandmother (Emma) and stepfather (JT).
