He graduated from Nathan Hale High School . Curtis was a hard worker and believed that he was the one to provide for his family. He worked at Snoqualmie Casino, as a cook, and janitor

He liked watching the Seahawks games, and Super Sonic, and hanging out anywhere.

He met the love of his life, Kenya Sims in 1991, and the rest is history. Curtis was the father of four children, a son and three daughters. He spent quality time traveling, family activities, and bbqs

Curtis is preceded in death by (mom) Sheree Hopkins, (uncle) Brent Ingram, and grandparents. Curtis leaves to cherish his memory wife Kenya Hopkins,
