In Loving Memory of Dashanea M. Hogans

Dashanea Marie Hogans of Seattle, WA passed away on Sunday January 2, 2022. Dashanea, affectionately known as Nay, was born May 27, 1980, in Seattle, WA to Sylvester Anthony Hogans and Sheila LouAnn Taylor. Nay gave birth on September 23, 2010, to her only child, a son named Terrence Michael Anthony Brown.

Nay will be remembered as a fun loving and nurturing person. She had the ability to make friends easily with her outgoing personality and became the center of attention in any room she entered.

She is survived by her son, Terrence Brown and mother Sheila Taylor of Seattle, WA. Sisters Venieka and Sherrice Hogans, and brother Sylvester Norwood of Dayton Ohio.

She is preceded in death by her father Sylvester Anthony Hogans, paternal grandparents, Rose Marie Baker and Cecil Leggette, maternal grandparents, James Leroy and Virginia Aaron-Taylor, maternal uncles, Michael Taylor, James Taylor Jr. and Gregory Taylor, Sr.
