In Loving Memory of Debra Diane Wilcox


Debra Diane Wilcox Sunrise: March 12, 1959 - Sunset: November 11, 2022, Debra Diane Wilcox was born March 12, 1959, in Butler, Alabama, and departed this life in Reno, Nevada on November 11, 2022, at the age of 63. Debra was the fourth child born to the union of Rudolph Wilcox and Dorothy Winston, in Butler, Alabama. The family moved to Seattle, Washington when Debra was a small child. There, Debra became an active member of the Church of God and Christ Congregational Church and accepted God at an early age. The family moved to Cleveland, Ohio when Debra was a teenager. There, Debra graduated from John Marshall High School in 1977 and went on to attend Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Debra enjoyed travel, fashion, and movies. She deeply loved her family and will be missed by all. Debra was preceded in death by her father, Rudolph Wilcox, and mother, Dorothy Winston; her brothers, Alvin Wilcox, and Hosea Wilcox; and sister, Brenda Holman (Carl Holman); grandmothers; Mary Jackson and Mary Wilcox, aunts; Rosemary Jackson and Rose Wilson, and great-aunt; Natha Williams (Charles Williams). She leaves to cherish her memory her brothers; Donald Wilcox (Kathleen Wilcox) and Joel Wilson, aunt; Genice Ferguson, nephews; Hosea Wilcox Jr, Louis Marshall (Jennifer), Jason Willson, David Jones, Darren Wilcox, and Nathaniel Wilcox, nieces; Denice Wilcox, Faith Shaw (Ronald Shaw), Vergina Jones, and Jordan Clarke (Demetrius Clarke), and a host of relatives and friends.
