Donta was born on October 21st, 1977 in Flint Michigan to parents Rita Lynch and Curtis Lee Richard, who both preceded him in death. Donta moved to Seattle, Washington as a young boy. His smile would often light up the room and his laughter would complement his dimples. He was given the nickname D-Nutt. Donta leaves 2 children: daughter, Dalayjha Jhavae Bell-Richard, age 25, son Dantè Marcell Barquet-Richard age 19; and 9 siblings: Kanisha Richard, Jennifer Renfro, Satia Leatherberry, Markiesha Linear, Miandra Linear, Chekari Petty, Takyrah Richard, O'Shae Richard, Da'Johntae Richard. Aunt Judith, uncle Mike Senior and step mom Le Ghea Richard. Viewing services 2-6pm Thursday May 13, 2021 at Scott Funeral Home.
