In Loving Memory of Eugene James Holbert Sr.

Eugene James Holbert Sr. was born on April 9, 1954 in Seattle, Wa, to Clarice Slade. On the morning of December 15, 2021, he transitioned to join his wife Susan, and his sisters Theresa Lee and Margene Stenson in heaven. Eugene was a champion of showing up and showing love. No matter the problem, he had a solution. Eugene believed that “life is meant to be lived in the moment” and if you knew him, you would agree. He had a lively personality, a loving spirit, and always made people laugh with his authenticity and humor for life. Eugene carried many titles; of those most importantly a father, son, and brother, he will be undeniably missed. Eugene leaves memories on earth to six children, seven siblings, grand/great-grand children, relatives, and friends. His service will be Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021 held at 11:00 am at Greater Mount Baker Baptist Church, located at 2425 South Jackson St. and then followed by a burial at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Renton, Wa.
