Frederick Moncelli Wiley, born September 9, 1965, in Monroe, LA, passed away and is remembered by family and friends he built a wonderful life with in Seattle since 1974.
He is survived by his loving mother, Willie Ruth (Joseph) George; wife, DeLinda Wiley; siblings Derrick, Phyllis, Zaundra, and Lurcertia; children Frederick L., Tierra, and Lakeisha; grandchildren, Frederick L Jr., Faith, Amara, and Failynn; along with a host of extended family and dear friends.
