In Loving Memory of Frederick L. Bailey-McCall

Frederick Lionell Bailey-McCall passed peacefully on December 12, 2021. He was born on November 21, 1950 in Seattle Washington to the union of James McCall Sr. and Mamie Thompson-Bailey. He was the youngest of 7 children.

Frederick early years were spent in Seattle where he lived in the Yesler Terrace and throughout the Central District. Frederick enjoyed spending time with his parents, grandparents, family members and friends. He attended Seattle Public schools: Bailey Gatzert, Washington Middle and Garfield High School.

Frederick is proceeded in death by his parents, his siblings Pearline Watson, Ernestine Jones, Richard Bailey Jr., Rebecca Williams, Diana Davis and Paul Bailey. The mother of his children; Monica Renee’ Dickerson-Bailey and Gwendolyn Smith and his son Frederick L. McCall Jr.

Frederick is survived by and leaves to cherish his memory, his children: Andre L. Smith, Felisha D. Smith, Reena M. McCall, Fredericka F. McCall, Fraison J. McCall. His Grandchildren, Arielle L. Smith, Avante L. Smith, Amara L. Smith, Allanah M. Smith, Monica F. Kelley, and Kayman C. Yearby. One great grandchild, Mi Amora S. Vanga. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 8th, 2022 at 1:00pm at Church of Christ, 2600 South Holgate Street, Seattle Washington 98144. Repass will be held following the celebration. Please adhere to all COVID protocols and guidelines, social distancing and mask will be required.
