In Loving Memory of Gerald Wayne Wallace

Gerald Wayne Wallace Born on June 5, 1964 in Tyler, TX to WIlliam and Gwendolyn Wallace. As a child Gerald was very active in school and sports. He was a respectful young man. Always saying “yes sir/ ma’am” or “no sir/ma’am”. He was always willing to help and enjoyed being of use. As an adult, Gerald was an avid worker. There was nothing he couldn’t do. A skilled laborer. He refurbished houses, did lawn care, worked on cars and cooked. Although he never married he enjoyed his family time. He made sure to check in with his mother and spent as much time as he could with his boys. He was also blessed to have 7 grandchildren, Jaivaughn Wallace, Jamarion Vaughn, Amira Wallace, Demond Wallace, Jr. (Junebug), Derion Reynolds, Kendale Jimerson, Jr. and Kayden JImerson. His favorite pastime was fishing. Every chance he got he was out on the water with whoever would join him. He like to play cards and dominoes at family functions where he more than likely cooked all the food or instructed someone on how to prepare something. He was a joy to be around. He never met a stranger, just people he didnt know their names yet. Through the grace of God. Gerald was clean and sober before he passed. He was ill yet he passed peacefully in his sleep. We thank the lord for allowing us and especially his mother 58 years of love and joy with him. Gearld was called home on January 12, 2023. He leaves to mourn his mother Gwendolyn, Aunts Antionette Kinniebrew of California, Carolyn Bilal, Velma Ryhne all of Seattle, WA, Marilynn Rollins of Tyler, TX, and LaQuita Kinniebrew of Minnesota.
