In Loving Memory of Huey Sanders

Sunrise: February 1, 1937 - Sunset: November 17, 2020

He was to Annabelle Thomas and Van Sanders in Brookhaven, Mississippi. Huey worked as a Lineman for US WEST for over 30 years. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, gardening, and working in his yard. Huey also enjoyed camping trips with his family visiting many different lakes, rivers, oceans, and mountains, and taking his wife and grandkids to see and experience different historical beautiful places.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories: his wife, of 47 years. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Berry; sister, Odessa Sanders (Mississippi); 3 grandkids; 10 great-grandkids; and a host of nieces and nephews and many friends.

Grandpa, I will miss you so much. You have been an amazing grandfather to all of your grandchildren. Thank you for everything you have done for my kids and me. Thank you for being there when no one else was. You have a huge place in all of our hearts. We think and pray about you daily. We love you Papa - Vonette.

Huey will be forever loved and greatly missed.
