Father of 3 boys, Kye Dowell, Austin Washington-Dowell, and Andre Dowell.

Proceeded in death father, Andre Dowell; grandfather's, Alfred Akers, and Quincy Stewart. He leaves to mourn, mother, LaShaun Daye; 4 sisters, DeJseane Rodriguez, Azhane Perdue, Lisandre Dowell, Baillie Dowell; grandmother's Pamela (Andre) Daye-Hines, and Doreatta Hardeman; He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
