Japheth L. Williams was born May 27, 1975 to Richard & Brenda Williams. On February 16, 1993, he was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses & raised his two children to love Jehovah God. Japheth graduated from Garfield High in 1994 & later from the culinary program at Seattle Central Community College. He worked at Red Robin, the Rib Rack, & with Seattle's Pike Place Market where he was a Security Officer for many years. He earned the nickname "Security Jay." Jay loved football & the Duke Blue Devils; his favorite color was blue. He also loved cooking, singing & dancing. His father, mother & siblings lovingly cared for him as he endured sickness until he passed away on January 24, 2024. We will see him again in paradise! "Just a little while longer," and Christ Jesus will say, "Young man, I say to you, get up!" (Psalm 37:10a; Luke 7:14) Japheth was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents & maternal grandfather. He leaves his son Jalen & daughter Danea Williams, parents Richard & Brenda Williams, sister Deniece Baker, brother Jeremy (Betty) Williams, & sister Angela Williams to mourn him. Also his grandmother, Margaret Sneed & many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews & relatives, most of Seattle, WA. A memorial will be held on February 10, 2024, 5PM, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses; 2121 SW Cambridge St, Seattle WA 98106-2608
