In Loving Memory of Kaye Frances Rivera Langworthy


Kaye Frances Rivera was born Kaye Frances Langworthy was born on December 1, 1944 in Seattle Washington to Bessie Lou Langworthy (De Vencinci) and Willie Langworthy Sr. As a child she was full of energy and very expressive of events in her life. If Kaye liked or disliked something or someone it was evident to everybody! She attended Parochial Gradeschool at St. Edward's, Holy Names Academy High School and chose to Graduate her senior year from Garfield High School. Kaye worked at Model Cities, as a Bank Clerk, Affirmative Action/Civil Rights, and Equal Employment Opportunity for 41 years! Kaye excelled at her job as well as her Military employment. All she did was enveloped in an Excellent & Kind spirit. She was known and is remembered for her loving way of "CELEBRATING" birthdays, anniversaries, and special seasons of the year with cards, calls, gifts, planned way ahead of time! Kaye was married for 43 years to Jesus Rivera. They traveled in their RV visiting family in various States and again CELEBRATING Life with them! Kaye had one son, Nino Cantu, who she was very close to and preceded her in death on October 12, 2018. Kaye was also LOVING her ZOOM calls with family and calls with Nikolas (Cantu) her one and only Grandson, who she cherished. She leaves behind family who are missing her joyous, loving, and kindhearted spirit: Her brother Bill Langworthy, wife Roberta and their two children Jocko and Jacquie. Her sister Gloria Jean Polk her children Nikki and Billy. Her sister Alice Faye Fabre' and her son Joe in addition to many grand nieces and nephews, loving friends, co-workers and all others.
