Celebration of life for Kelli Fine Hayes will be held on February 25th, 2023 at 11 AM at Peoples Institutional Baptist Church 159 24th Ave, South Seattle Wash 98122. Kelli Fine Hayes was born on October 4th, 1969 To the union of Willy J Hayes and Elsie Cowen. She leaves to cherish her memory two loving son's Bakari Hayes and Kenyon Jackson.
