In Loving Memory of King Oc “Man Man” Bell

King Oc “Man Man” Bell

Sunrise: March 7, 1984

Sunset: January 25, 2025

Born in Seattle, WA, to Ze’lla Elaine Bell-Adams and Oc Thompson.

During his early childhood, Oc was raised in Oakland, California, and throughout the Bay Area. Oc and his mother moved back to Seattle in the early nineties.

After finishing high school, Oc navigated his life journey and decided to embrace his natural God-given gift to coach, empower, and help others overcome their trauma and lack of self-awareness. He guided them toward triumph and self-discovery, all while processing his own healing journey. In doing so, Oc became certified as a Professional Life Coach and a Professional Certified Hospitality Supervisor.

He was also the founder of the Plant A Seed and Watch it Grow Foundation.

With a heart full of empathy, Oc was quick to love and pray for others. He loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his children—daughter, Princess Alashae Bell (22 years old), and son, Oc King Bell (8 years old).

When Oc wasn’t busy traveling, serving, or coaching, he loved playing basketball (the gym was his second home), listening to music, cooking and eating, and being anywhere there were palm trees.

It was essential for Oc to go to the water, pray, and spend time with the Lord.

With his contagious smile, Oc was on a mission to spread love, promote unity, and make others smile.

Oc leaves behind his children, (Princess) Alashae Unique Bell and (Lil' man)Oc King Bell; his (Queen) Mother, Ze’lla Elaine; his father, Oc; his brother (better half), Garland Watkins III; sisters, Shannae Thompson, Twila Witcher, Cesha Thompson; step-sister, Andreya Taylor; paternal grandmother, Rosie Hubbard; along with a host of family, loved ones, and friends.
