Larry Donell Mitchell A.K.A. Wiz
Larry was born on August 17th1960, to his beloved parents Charlene and Donell Mitchell. He was a dynamic basketball player and gained the nickname Wiz because of his speed and dunking ability on the court! He attended and graduated from Rainier Beach High School, then went on to Central Washington University and the Bellevue Community College where he received his degree in Interior Design.
Larry was an avid sports enthusiast, world traveler and loved music. He enjoyed a 20+ year career at The Boeing Company in Quality Assurance.
Larry is survived by his father Donell, three siblings Irma Nickles, Donnella Mitchell-Carter, and Dexter Mitchell. Larry’s mother Charlene Mitchell proceeded him in death. Larry leaves behind a wealth of family and friends. Larry’s celebration of life will be held on June 3rd, 2022, at 11:00 am at New Beginnings Christian Fellowship located at 19300 108th Ave SE, Kent, WA 98031.
