Linda G. Hicks lovingly known as “Gail” was born in Natchez, Mississippi March 19, 1954 to the union of Emma Lee Smalls and Charles Smith.

Gail was a loving soul and her door was always open to family and friends. Gail enjoyed the simple things in life. Gail was understanding, level-headed, and a friend to all. There wasn’t a holiday that went by that she didn’t cook, and not a birthday that came she didn’t bake a cake. She was a 2nd mom to many and the backbone of our family. Gail enjoyed watching her Soap’s, Cowboy’s, and her sports. Gail was a connoisseur of great food and had an extraordinary palate. She will be forever missed.
