In Loving Memory of Loann Winston

Loann Winston was born February 14, 1959 in Monroe, Louisiana to John Henry and Odista Winston. She grew up in Seattle, Washington and graduated from Franklin High School. Loann earned an Associate’s degree from Seattle Central Community College in office administration. She had an out going personality who made friends easily. A community activist who was part of the Black Panther Party breakfast program for children and loved to read. She is survived by her only son James Anthony Todd and five grandchildren James Anthony Todd lll, Joann Todd, Jasmine Todd, Jashaun Todd and Josiah Todd. Visitation will be from 10am until time of funeral service 11am Wednesday June 8, 2022 at Redeemed By The Blood C.O.G.I.C 703 Central Ave. S Kent, WA 98032 burial will follow at Mt.
