With broken hearts, we announce the passing of Monique J. Robinson, a beloved mother, sister, daughter, auntie, cousin and friend. Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Monique dedicated much of her life to caring for others.

She is survived by her children: Dae’Janique Drake, Marcus Pressley Jr., and Janea Henley, and her granddaughter, who brought her immense joy. Monique was deeply close to her mother, whose love and guidance shaped her throughout her life. She is also remembered as a loving sister whose strength and support could always be counted on.

Monique’s beautiful smile, quiet strength, and deep love for her children, granddaughter, family, and community touched everyone she met. She spent her career working in daycares and public schools, where children adored her warmth and kindness.
