Otis Lee Simpson was born August 6, 1940 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Tommy Lee and Birdie Mae Simpson. He passed away on March 24, 2021 in Seattle, WA.
He will be remembered as a loving father, brother and friend and will be truly missed and love by all.
Viewing servieces will be at Mt.Olivet (100 Blain Ave NE in Renton) Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 12 to 1pm
