Patricia “Pat” Johnston
January 22, 1944 – June 25, 2026
Patricia “Pat” Johnston was born in Auburn, WA and lived a life filled with music, friendship, service, and love. She dedicated more than 30 years to the City of Seattle Public Utilities, where she served as an Administrative Supervisor before retiring.
Pat was an avid jazz singer and music enthusiast who loved sharing her voice and her joy of music with others.
She leaves to cherish her memory her siblings, Myrna, Lana, and Tim; nieces and nephews, Daneleya, Makeyla, Adrean, Miguel, and Andy; cousins, Greg & Cindy, Mark & Beth, David & Joann, and Cameron & Valerie; her God-son, Adrian Weaver; and a host of dear friends she gathered throughout her life’s journey.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to everyone who sent flowers, called, texted, offered prayers, and showed their love and support during this time.
A Memorial Musical Celebration of Life honoring Pat will be held Saturday, August 29, 2026, as family and friends come together to remember a life well lived and a woman dearly loved.
