With loving hearts, we remember Romona, born on December 24, 1957. She attended middle school in Seattle and later graduated from Garfield High School in 1975.

Romona departed this life on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her father, Shelly Barnes; her mother, Bertha Barnes; and her sisters, Karen Barnes and Rochelle Willis.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Mike; her son, Shellton; her grandson, Shakeem; her sisters, Angela Barnes and Faye Bridges; along with her nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

Romona will always be remembered for her caring heart, her unwavering faith, and the steady, loving presence she brought into the lives of everyone blessed to know her.
