In Loving Memory of Roosevelt (Rudy) Lowe

"Rudy", as he was affectionately known by family and friends, attended Leschi Elementary, Meany Junior High and graduated from Garfield High School, class of 1963. At Garfield, he met and married Barbara Anderson. To that union were born a daughter, Terri Denise (1963-1980) and son, Keith.

Rudy relocated to Los Angeles in 1966, where he attended East Los Angeles College. He succumbed to a stroke in Long Beach California.

Survivors include his son Keith T. Lowe, daughter Jasmin Lowe, brothers, James and Bobby, sisters, Jean and Delana, grandchildren, cousins and a host of other relatives.
