
Sheila Marie Collins-Phillips was born May 28, 1952 to the proud parents Curtis and Dolly Collins. Sheila attended Seattle Public Schools graduating from Garfield High School in 1970. She later attended Seattle Community College and Highline College where she studied paralegal. In 1974 she married Ronald Phillips and to this union the love of her life Shaae Gene Phillips was born. Sheila was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and Auntie to many. She was witty, friendly, dependable and would help anyone in need. Sheila retired from the City of Seattle and after her retirement went to work for Catholic Community Services until her death March 12, 2021. Her parents preceded her in death. She leaves to continue her legacy her son Shaae Gene Phillips (wife, Okesia), granddaughters Emoni and Ynesia and her only grandson Shae, her loving brother Steve Collins, nephews Stevie Collins, Demario Collins and Richard Carey, niece Antina Carey, loving cousin Phillip Hines, sisters in Christ Pam, Tammy, Michala, several relatives and many many friends.
Sheila's memorial was held 3/20/2021, immediate family.

Sheila will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
