In Loving Memory of Shy'Ann Taplin

With heavy hearts we’re asking for your prayers in the loss of “baby girl”, Shy’Ann Taplin, age 15 years old.  At the Funeral Services we will remember her as she sang in the choir, was in Sunday School, Youth Department and performed with New Direction Baptist Church’s youth models at the Back to School Fashion Show and Christmas Fashion Show Youth Fundraisers and SEAMWMW Annual Fashion Show Fundraisers held at Peoples Institutional Baptist Church and Mt. Baker Baptist Church.  She is the daughter of Shawntea , niece of my niece, Mekila Marshall.  Please keep the entire family in your prayers.  Her favorite song was, “I woke up this morning with my mind stayed on Jesus”.  Pastor Thornton called her often to do her only solo starting at age 5.  She always said I am a New Direction church girl. Rest in peace.
