Spencer T. Ruff (85) A loving Father and Grandfather passed away on Sun. Feb. 5, 2023. He was born November 5th, 1937 to the late Evelyn Mays in Perryville, Louisiana Spencer poured his love into his children and grandchildren, family, and friends he will truly be missed. Spencer leaves to cherish his memories; Son Rev. Christopher B. Ruff (Alyse) of Tacoma, Daughter Dionne S. Deemer, Son Spencer E. Ruff of Seattle, 2 Grandchildren, Christopher J. Ruff, and Carissa J. Ruff of Tacoma, Aunt Doris Ivory of Chicago, brothers, Wesley Mays of CA, Moses Williams Jr. of CA, sisters Nina Smith of GA, Alice Echols, Gloria Williams, Belinda (Ron)Williams of CA, nieces, nephews, many cousins, and friends. Service: Friday, Feb. 24, 2023, 12:00 noon at Bonney Watson funeral home and Cemetery 16445 International Blvd. SeaTac, WA 98188. Graveside Service at 2:00 pm followed by a reception.
