In Loving Memory of Stanley Gordon

We regret to inform you about the passing of Stanley Gordon 12/29/2023, Seattle WA. 

Stanley Gordon was born May 4, 1952, Bronx New York, and moved to Seattle in the early 1970s, began working in his Aunt Beulah Hendersons worked in his Aunt Beulah Henderson Childcare Center on Jackson Street. His working career also included a Cook at McCormicks Restaurant. King County Metro Transit, and Costco Issaquah location later retiring due to his

health. Stan became a member of Martin Luther King Memorial Baptist Church in Renton WA for several years. Stan loved sports, traveling, and had a huge infectious loud laugh that has even been inherited by his Children and his Grandson. 

Stan is preceded in death by his beloved Parents Nathaniel Gordon (Estill South Carolina and Mrs. Janie Gordon (Pamplin Virginia), and Sister Gwendolyn Gordon-Drayton. (Seattle WA)  

Stan is survived by and leaves to cherish his memory 2 children from a previous marriage, Daughter Janaye Gordon and Son Nathaniel Gordon (Urania Walker), One Grandson Nathaniel Gordon Jr. (Deuce), 2 Granddaughters Nevaeh Walker (Coco) & Heaven Walker (Dovie).

Stan is also survived by Aunt Thelma/Uncle Thriftone Jones of Washington DC, Aunt Beverly

Allen of San Diego CA, Nephew: Matthew Drayton, Nieces: Morgan Drayton, Cathy Alexander

(David), Debra Lynch (Matthew), Denasia and Deasia Gordon. Ann Schuh (Family Friend),

Brother-In-Law: Houston Drayton and the Entire Drayton Family, and extended close Families to

include the Norwood, Taylor, Henderson, Jones, Mouzon, Ellison, Allen and Gordons.

Stan Deeply Loved, and celebrated life with and is survived by his cherished partner Ms. Pam Adams with whom he shared a Great Loving Life.  

Memorial Services will be held Friday February 16th, 2024, 2:00pm at Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Baptist church, 4519 NE 10th Street, Renton WA 98059.
