In Loving Memory of Theola Monnie

Theola Monnie, a cherished mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2025, with her daughters by her side. Born to Theodore and Elsie Hall on August 31, 1945, in Bremerton, WA, she was 79 years old. Theola retired after a generous career with the Army Corps of Engineers, where she aided in several emer gency recovery efforts. She will be profoundly missed by her four children: Reggie, Ceya, Teedi, and Nikki. Theola is also survived by her siblings, Ted, Margaret, Dwight, Madelyn, and Arnita.
