Our dear mother Tina T. Mason, a poetess, songstress, and crusader in God’s Army has passed. She was born February 3, 1931, and her sunset began Thursday, August 25, 2022. She is waiting for her name to be called.

She was devoted to her family, community, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She was the mother of nine, raising them with love, strength, and laughter. She is survived by eight, Michael Bell, La-Retha Mason, Vera-Lesa Love, Stanley Mason, Kenneth Mason, Cheryl Taylor, Mar-Lyndia Epps, Geri-Lynette Mason and her daughter Lo-Retta Pool preceded her. She was also the grandmother to three generations.

Tina was blessed with the gift of writing and performing, where she traveled throughout the country using poetry to spread the Gospel as she would say ‘Go Yonder, and Bring Back Souls’. For more than 35 years, she was a dedicated Emerald City Community Seventh Day Adventist Church member in Seattle, Washington. Actively serving as a deaconess and in other church ministries.

A beloved matriarch and pillar she will be deeply missed.
