In Loving Memory of Veatrice Brown-McDaniel

Veatrice Brown-McDaniel departed from us on September 7th 2022 in Seattle, WA. She was born in Sharp, TX on April 14, 1945 to Jessie and Mary Harris. Veatrice grew up in Clovis, NM with 8 siblings, three have preceded her in death. Surviving siblings; Jessie Hall of Dallas, TX, Gloria Harris of Seattle, WA, Julia Harris of Seattle, WA, Johnny Harris Sr. of Clovis, NM and Wayne Harris of Seattle, WA. .

She married John “Trott” McDaniel Sr. in 1963 (deceased 1970) and are survived by their 3 children- Sharon Kennedy, Deneen McDaniel-Bufanda, and John McDaniel Jr (Leitufa McDaniel). After her first husband passed, she remarried Albert Lee Brown (deceased 2008) and is survived by their child Alberstein “Lenny” Brown. Vea retired from Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center after 30+ years. Veatrice was a devoted Jehovah's Witness for 47 years. She was a member of the Skyway Congregation, where she gained a substantial amount of Spiritual Family. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Cerina McDaniel, Dalilah Williams, Anastasia McDaniel, Shavonee Harilala, Katia Bufanda, Nathaniel Pardo and John McDaniel lll, plus 4 great grandchildren. She will forever be missed ♥️
