  Webb Lofton Jr. was born on November 3, 1942, to the late Webb Lofton Sr. and Lillian Smith-Oliver in Beeville Parish, Louisiana. Webb enjoyed playing the saxophone and was a member of “The Rocking Kings” alongside Jimi Hendrix (1959 -1960) in Seattle, Washington.

  
  

  Webb graduated from Garfield High School where he met and married the late Fannie Lee Tanner-Lofton. He later married Dollie Starr-Lofton, which he leaves to cherish his memories.

  
  

  Webb is preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Daisy Jones and Velma Redwine and two of his sons Larnel and Peewee Lofton. He leaves to mourn his wife Dollie Starr-Lofton; children Tony Tanner, Aaron Gale and Peaches Lofton; grandson Rowell Lofton, great grandchildren Arianna and O’Ryan Lofton, one great-great grandson Arlo Lofton and a host of family and friends.
