Wilma Jean “Jeanie” Anderson

Jeanie, of Seattle, attended Bailey Gatzert Elementary, Washington Middle, and graduated from Rainier Beach High in 1966. Jeanie shared six children with Timothy Anderson; married on September 10,1966. This devoted wife and mother served as pillar of the community. She loved music, dancing, and going to Lone Butte Gila River & Casinos for fun. Her greatest joy was spending time with family. Preceded in death by parents Wilbert and Rosa Lee Hardy, husband of 50yrs Timothy, Patricia Ann; sister, Patricia Elaine; daughter, Cherokee Love; grandson, and Kween Cardoza great granddaughter. Survived by Kathryn; sister, Robert; brother, Barbara; sister, Katheryn; daughter, Sherri; daughter, Russell; son, Jamal; son, Omar; son, a host of great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00pm Saturday, June 8th at Kiwanis Park in Tempe, AZ, followed by Council Member Hodge announcing Wilma Jean Anderson Day.
