In Loving Memory of Winston Kenneth Newton Jr

Winston Kenneth Newton Jr., second eldest of four sons was born to the late Rev. Winston K. Newton Sr. and Patricia Newton Simpson, in Seattle Washington, on February 21, 1973. He was an inquisitive and energetic child who sought out solutions. There was no such thing as a locked door for Winston. He adapted, maintained his sense of humor and moved forward to face whatever life presented, with grace.

Winston began his education in the Seattle Public Schools. He completed his high school years at the historic Seattle Prep School. Upon graduation, he went on to attend the University of Washington and for a time studied at the historic HBCU Howard University in Washington, DC.

When he married the love of his life, Marla Erath on January 1, 2011, his already active life was forever changed for the better. His heart expanded to include Marla and he became bonus dad to the darling Madison. Two years later Hayden Patricia was born, and their family was complete. Winston was a loving and devoted husband and father.

He leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his life, his wife, Marla Newton, daughters Madison Joy Erath, Hayden Patricia, mother, Patricia Simpson Newton, brothers, Melvin Newton (Tiffany), Joseph Newton (Ebony), Daniel Newton, Mother in law, Nancy J.
