Joint Board Session on Racial Equity on April 28: How to Affirm, Counter and Transform

All PSRC board members are encouraged to attend our upcoming session to learn how to use the communication tool ACT (Affirm, Counter, Transform) during challenging conversations about racial equity. The session will allow board members to practice this tool by applying it to racial equity issues in the region today. Board members can meet online or in person. Don’t miss it.

We have developed a new summer program for teens who want to learn about urban planning and share ideas about making the Puget Sound region a better place to live. Our Summer Planning Academy is a free leadership development initiative that encourages high school students to think about how planning can impact their communities and help people lead better lives. Please share the opportunity with any young people you know who might be interested. Applications are due May 15.
