One Day at a Time

By Chardonnay Beaver

One of the best ways to sustain peace is living life one day at a time.

Now, before you start pondering “what about responsibly planning for the future?” or “what about staying ready so I don’t have to get ready?” Although I agree with the logic behind these questions, I aim to present an alternative perspective.

The truth is, there’s some situations you may never be able to anticipate – good or bad. Life is unpredictable in more ways than one. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Situations have their own pace, especially the ones outside of our control.
