Seattle Parks & Recreation in partnership with Acts On Stage and Rainier Beach High School presents the 25th Year Anniversary of Seattle’s Teen Summer Musical with a bold and youthfully-energized production of “THE WIZ”!

As one of Seattle’s longest-running youth programs, the Teen Summer Musical is widely heralded for its transcendent tradition of uplifting the community with the soulfully heartwarming and awe striking magic of musical theater! Directed by Isiah Anderson Jr., this year’s production begins with a heart touching celebration of Aunty Em & Uncle Henry’s 25th Anniversary that gives Dorothy’s tornado-swept quest to get back home an even greater sense of urgency! This story is embodied by a wildly talented cast of 80 kids who bring the yellow brick road to life as they make their way to the Emerald City!
