Be Well With Gail

In June I will share how we can take better care of our heart while managing our blood pressure and cholesterol. This is crucial for all ages. It’s best to begin while you are younger meaning under age 50 to prepare for a healthier future.

I also have advice for us “seasoned ones” who are 50 yrs +. We need to be careful to avoid accidents and falls because spare parts for old models like us are no longer in stock. All jokes aside it’s also crucial to keep going strong as we live into our golden years. Drinking enough water and walking with exercise at least 30 minutes 3 days a week is very important.
